12. Craft table out of a cabinet
Cabinet table is one of the idea DIY projects easy and affordable. Does your child like to craft all day (anywhere in the house), and you feel that a hand-crafted table they can transport will be the best solution for them. Even if you have to help, them carry it from one place to another, getting a small table full of things is a lot easier than taking a lot of trips to transport a few items back and forth.
The trouble with crafting tables is that they are usually a bit more expensive than you would like. However, if you have an old cabinet lying around or finding a low-priced one at a garage store, it's time to remove it as you can turn it into a desk public. You can also paint the tabletop with chalk paint, so your child can write on it without any problems.
