South Point
Hawaii boasts the southernmost point in the United States, known as South Point or Kae Lae, meaning "the point" in Hawaiian. This location, located at the southernmost tip of the Big Island of Hawaii, is a unique geographical feature.
Officially referred to as the "South Point Complex," this area is known for its breathtaking scenery and diverse wildlife. However, swimming in the waters surrounding South Point is not recommended due to the powerful ocean currents.
