A Mixed Reception: The World Is Not Enough
Denise Richards' performance as Dr. Christmas Jones in "The World Is Not Enough" received diverse reviews. While some critics praised her, there was no escaping the criticism directed at the character of Christmas Jones.
Entertainment Weekly went so far as to rank Richards among the least favored Bond girls of all time. Interestingly, she received criticism and recognition at the 1999 Razzie Awards, winning the title Worst Supporting Actress for her role and being nominated for the Blockbuster Entertainment Award for Favorite Actress – Action for the same film.
