11/ You can look at the stars indoors!
Mix the stars-paper, metal, fabric, or something else that catches your eye-and adjust the sizes, then hang them around your room to create your planetarium (sort of). The best thing about stars is that they're not winter-specific, meaning you can hold them up and not sound like a slacker for long into the new year. Purchase a blackout curtain panel and cut out little star shapes if you want to stargaze, sometimes during the day, then hang it up against a window panel. Ta-da!-Da! Star-studded instant galaxy!
Test your stars to craft. You would be able to cut out 2D stars and make your garlands. With that nifty origami paper we mentioned earlier, you also build 3D stars. There are so many online videos about making star cutouts from paper bags and coffee filters if you don't have any of that around. Just leave your inner DIYer loose! For an extra rustic touch, use twine or yarn, or loop a string of lights around a star-shaped base for a double-whammy of extra rustic goodness.
