13. Dorm Style Room
You know how well you can fit inside a small space if you have stayed in college dorm rooms. You can take advantage of your experience to build a living room, without the microwave and mini-fridge you may have had, close to a dorm room. Besides, you can hang a rack on the wall to carry your bike, for instance, and have a desk on one wall.
You're giving yourself almost everything you need to live in a small room by building this sort of space. At first, you may feel it's a little busy, and for a while, you can play with the room, but you'll also find that it helps make the room seem more prominent and imaginative.
