12. Welcome Pollinators
Our bees are in serious trouble, and if they don't survive it, our pantries and grocery shops will be drastically altered. Some butterfly species, such as the regal Monarch, have struggled in the past. Consider adding some popular pollinator plants to your yards during the summer to help these beautiful pollinators survive.
Decorative Milkweed types, Bee Balm, Marigolds, and various other blooms are all desired pollinator food sources that will keep your yard buzzing all summer. Check to see whether any pollinator plants have been treated with Nicotinoid pesticides, and don't use them yourself because they've .been linked to colony collapse.
