29. Color and Mood
According to scientific research, color affects our mood. Indian philosophy reveals seven harmonized chakras in our bodies. Each chakra is a different color. In detail, the root chakra is red, orange is the sacral chakra, yellow is the solar plexus chakra, and the heart chakra is green. Moreover, the throat chakra is blue, the third eye chakra is indigo, and purple represents the crown chakra.
In terms of color therapy, green is the safest and most calming color. Meanwhile, orange and red cause a lot of irritation. Besides, for anxious people, blue can help calm them down. In contrast, people with depression will not find comfort in anything blue.
