A person can find peace in only a few sentences each day. Get a journal and put down your ideas and goals in it. If you have something on your mind, keeping a journal is a terrific method to express yourself. 

Starting a thankfulness notebook with just one line per day is possible. Getting one thought out might help a person clear their thoughts a little, no matter how big or tiny.
