15.Don't set unattainable goals for yourself.

Have a firm idea of what needs to be done around the house, but be patient, understanding, and compassionate at the same time. If these expectations are tightly adhered to, it will make life difficult for everyone else if they are not met. If someone is having difficulty, offer assistance or suggest a new objective that is more manageable.

Burnout and high stresses are the results of putting too much strain on oneself and one's family. Emotions will run high, and there may be disputes. While having low expectations isn't ideal, having them so high that they're impossible can result in a dissatisfied household.
