14. Less Facebook friends

Some people have a habit of hoarding friends on Facebook. However, studies show that the more friends someone has on Facebook, the more lonely they feel. Being famous or essential on social media is never satisfied by getting to know someone firsthand and forming a close relationship. Sometimes, if we feel lonely, it reminds us of the high-quality people in our lives. Try to delete your Facebook friends. If you're afraid of offending people, maybe post a status saying that you're unfollowing people you haven't talked to in years. This way, if someone has hurt their feelings, they can read your state. Hopefully, they will understand that the two of you have grown up. And if they care about you, they'll get in touch with a private message - or, better yet, a phone call.
