3. No More Blue Light

Blue light is emitted by all electrical gadgets like smartphones, TVs, and computer screens. When you face this type of light continuously, it will trick your brain into believing it's still daytime. As a result, it will be difficult for you to fall asleep, even though you might already feel exhausted at night after looking at the screen after a long time. You can fix this either by wearing special glasses that cancel out blue light or downloading an app called Night Shift on Mac products to change the screen's color after a particular nighttime.
