4. Level up for Bedroom for a better sleeping habit

Often it is as easy as making a few adjustments in the bedroom to get a decent night's sleep. How long has it been since you turned your mattress upside down or bought a new one? What's your bedroom temperature? Do you ever feel cold or too hot? Are your pillows comfortable enough? What about noise and light? Consider buying a sleep mask, earplugs, and anything else you might need to improve your sleep. At first, it may seem not very serious, but once you start feeling the rest of a good night, you will know that it helps with almost everything else in life.
