5. Have Your Heard about a Judgement Cleanse?
A lot of people have a terrible habit of negatively judging other people. Judgment comes more often than not from a position of low self-esteem. It becomes an extremely toxic cycle if you are continually trying to look for ways to make yourself feel good by bringing other people down. Note that judging individuals negatively does not benefit anyone, including yourself. Try to see other people with the same compassion and empathy that your best friend would have offered you. You will start to be a much happier person overall until you change your attitude.
