18. Gather a big Pile of Clothes, then Go Through them One by One

Sometimes it can be difficult to identify all the items that you own because you have so many. Besides, there might be some stuff that you haven't seen in years. Now, if you've ever heard of the famous organizer Marie Kondo, you might already know her famous method: gather a huge pile of clothes in your bed. Next, you can arrange them into three bunches: one to hold, one to give, and one to throw away. Having trouble deciding to keep it or get rid of one item?

Ask yourself this question: would I buy this again? And if the answer is no, then you should find a new owner for them. One of the best ways, in this case, is to donate them. However, make sure to check for any holes and stains in your donation pile. Remember that charities or thrift stores will end up throwing them away if they have too much damage. Last but not least, if you think you could save them, why not get a sewing kit and start a DIY time with your stuff?
