4. Remove Your Closet Door?
You may want to consider removing your wardrobe door so that it comes into contact with the rest of the room. For some, this might sound like a complete nightmare, because that means you can't hide inside your bedroom closet with guests. But for some, the fact that it is always exposed can encourage you to stay clean. And your wardrobe can become a way for you to express your creativity.
I chose to remove my closet door a few years ago. I used to have sliding doors. When the doors are removed, it immediately makes the room feel bigger. I was able to move in a drawer of clothes to fold, as well as a metal shoe and coat rack. Also, I can display some artwork and books on top of my closet. I also have a bookshelf with a plastic basket where I keep my random items like camera equipment, beauty products, and makeup.
