47. Repair and patch holes
You keep the clothes torn with small holes, and one day you will fix those pieces. However, would you do it right away or leave it there and never take them in for repair, then they end up in the trash. But you don't have to throw those items away. You already know several programs that allow you to recycle textiles to fabric to form new clothes. Stores like Goodwill and Salvation Army are experts at this, even if those old clothes get damaged.
We often wear socks, so they are easily worn. It's time we need to replace them rather than repairing them. Besides, they are not too expensive for you to own. Good socks that don't tear will also prevent blisters or sore feet. Regularly cleaning out your underwear drawer and getting rid of underwear that's stretched or has holes in them is a must.
