Clary Sage is known professionally as Esalarea. It is not an ordinary essential oil as most people are unaware of it, but it has many great uses. You can apply to the skin or disseminated it into the air. There is little or no knowledge of side effects, but checking the skin for signs of an allergic reaction is essential if you are using it directly.
This essential oil has many health benefits, including relieving menstrual cramps and assisting with stomach problems, such as irritable bowel syndrome and colic. It has antibacterial properties, known as a natural antidepressant, and helps reduce stress.
