To make this interesting decoration, you will need a hardcover book from Dollar Tree. After that, try to draw the pattern or decor you want with a pencil. To create 3D textures, you can pick up a hot glue gun. There should also be some other items like bat rings in the Dollar Tree's Halloween store that you can cut up and use. Add in some black and gold paint and one great spell book is born!
