However, Posh found herself in a difficult situation when she publicly denied ever undergoing surgery, despite admitting to regretting a breast augmentation she had undergone years ago.
However, in 2017, the fashion designer finally confessed to British Vogue, stating, "All those years I denied it - foolishly. It was a reflection of my insecurities. It's better to embrace and celebrate what you naturally have."
