William Shatner
William Shatner's journey took an unexpected turn after his big break with Star Trek. When the show ended, and his marriage fell apart, Shatner found himself homeless despite his fame. With three kids to support and no steady income, he worked in summer stock theater but couldn't afford hotels.
As a result, he lived out of the back of his truck, under a hard shell, while continuing to pursue acting opportunities to provide for his family.
