Like any human being, Jennifer Lawrence occasionally sees herself through a distorted lens, a common experience we all share. This has manifested in various ways, from claiming to be the first female action star (which she isn't) to addressing the issue of unequal pay in Hollywood (a legitimate concern).
Yet another instance is Lawrence characterizing herself as overweight, even though she isn't. The actress remarks, "In Hollywood, I'm considered obese. I'm labeled as a 'fat actress.'" At least she is confident to embrace her unique self-image, even when it doesn't align with the industry's unrealistic standards.
