In the early 1990s, Eminem began dating his high school sweetheart, Kimberly Scott. They got married in 1999 but had a tumultuous relationship. They separated in 2001 but remained connected through their daughter, Hailie, born in December 1995.
Despite their separation, Eminem and Kim reconciled in 2006 for the sake of co-parenting their daughter. However, their reunion was short-lived, and they broke up again a few months later in 2006.
