Nicole Kidman, an American-Australian actress, had her breakthrough in the film Dead Calm in 1989. She went on to star in movies such as Eyes Wide Shut, Moulin Rouge!, and The Stepford Wives. She has also appeared in T.V. series like Big Little Lies and The Undoing.
Nicole met actor Tom Cruise in 1989 and married in December 1990. Together, they adopted two children. Although they separated in February 2001, Kidman spoke highly of Cruise, stating that he was a good person who treated her well. She explained that she moved on while still holding love for him, acknowledging the struggles they faced in their relationship.
