Rolling a tennis ball under your feet will help relieve foot pain after a long day of standing or walking. It is a mini foot massager to relax your feet.

It is also helpful if leg pains are more frequent and severe, such as plantar fasciitis, a painful condition in the legs. Do not worry. Place a smooth tennis ball under your feet on a flat surface, and roll it around to release the pressure.
