She and Leonard developed a romance they tried to keep hidden from Raj, though he eventually discovered them. Priya, unfortunately, was still jealous of Penny and told Leonard that he didn't have to cut her out of his life. Ultimately, it didn't matter as Raj and Priya's parents made her return to India when they learned about the relationship.
