6. Part 1 – Step 1: Cutting Plywood Into Smaller Parts
In the first step of Part 1, you want to cut 3⁄4-inch plywood into smaller parts. This would create the dividers, the bottom and the top side of the case, the top and bottom end of the case, the back of the side, and the end case back. One of the problems you need to consider is that if you make a larger frame, such as a queen or king bed, you will need to have one more divider. In the last case, this extra divider is utilized.
When you cut the plywood, be careful, and do slowly. It is easy for dangerous things to occur, and you do not want anything to get stuck in the circular saw, consisting of your clothes. Hence, keep your sleeves rolled up or wear short sleeves. Moreover, you shall also take all your jewelry off to avoid getting stuck.
