19. Stop using your Bedroom as a working space
After a long day at work, your body begins to relax when you reach home. First, it now recognizes that you are away from stress at work. Besides, your mind understands that this is your resting place when you enter the bedroom. However, once you start working from home, there is no division between the two. By working in your bedroom, you will confuse your mind and body about which task is supposed to be completed. Working on your laptop in bed in your pajamas is the absolute worst thing you can do for yourself.
First of all, your mind will take more time to wake up and work efficiently. Then, when it's time to go to bed, you can think about your work, and it will affect your sleep. It is best to work on a kitchen table, living room chair, or designated office space. Depending on your living situation, a table in your bedroom may be your only option. This way, when you wake up in the morning, you can shower, get dressed, and head to the corner of the bedroom.
