21. Make Sure Your Kids Are active
Try to look for a video on Youtube to keep them active all day. You can start by setting up the times and space for them to have some 'gym' time. Some activities we suggest are physical activities, dance, learn Yoga, or exercise with you. It will be the perfect opportunity for them to burn off some calories if they try to stretch, and wiggle throughout their day. Furthermore, it should help maintain a healthy weight and encourage them to have more healthy habits.
