When parents give in to their children and only having a specific food for their meals, your children end up turning into picky eaters. Besides, this makes them think that it's alright o request another meal, even when the whole family is eating something else.

However, during times of crisis, they will have no choice but to eat the food you have available in the pantry. Today, the best thing to do with your fussy kids is to lead by example. Every family member should eat the same thing. Explain to your kids that fruits and vegetables will improve your immune system, which helps their body stay healthy and protected from viruses. Eventually, they will realize that they have no choice but to join the family during dinner time.
