19. Sleeping in Different Beds

The term "sleep divorce" refers to when a couple sleeps in separate beds. This technique is a contentious issue. Some report that it aids their marriage by allowing them to sleep better. (This is especially true if their sleeping mate snores.) On Lifehacker, there are numerous reasons why a "sleep divorce" is beneficial. You sleep better, are more comfortable, and are less grumpy in the morning. It might even make sense if you both work on separate schedules. It could work out as long as the two of you are comfortable and confident in your relationship.

Some experts, however, believe that sleeping in the same bed is essential for a happy marriage. It promotes warmth, security, and emotional intimacy, according to Very Well Mind. It's also more romantic. Nonetheless, they acknowledge that sleep issues frequently result in a dissatisfying marriage. This is something you should talk to your partner about.
