As we've mentioned before, Average Rob is a comedian at heart. His photos consistently feature him as the central character, often poking fun at himself rather than others. He also maintains his comedic persona consistently. For instance, when he took a hiatus between August 2018 and February 2019, he returned with a perfectly ludicrous explanation for his absence.
He posted a picture that depicted him in what appeared to be a chicken coop, surrounded by pigeons and Eminem. He playfully apologized for his absence and claimed that he hadn't been posting because the rapper had locked him up in a pigeon cage for dissing his mother's spaghetti.
