12. No discrimination!!
Someone in a minority group may be concerned that the host person or family might be discriminating. For example, a Muslim may be afraid that the person they live with thinks that all Muslims are terrorists.
Yet that sort of conduct is not permitted. Users must affirm that they will not discriminate against any kind and treat all fairly, regardless of race or religion, gender, or any other consideration, before an account can become active on Airbnb. If the discrimination does occur, some people work at Airbnb and will resolve the issue immediately.
