26. Get the Closing Process Started
If you started the home-buying process with a pre-approved loan, you'd be able to close even sooner than if you were pre-qualified. Your financial information has already been checked. As long as there are no complications, you should be able to close on your home in a matter of weeks.
When the deed to the house is removed from escrow, the funds are released to the lender. The closing process is complete. Congratulations, you will be bankrupt but will be able to purchase your dream home.
