18. Keep looking for a house
You may have imagined falling in love with the first house you saw, only to be sorely disappointed. Perhaps it needed substantial repairs for which you were unprepared. Maybe it was not as impressive in person as it appeared on the listing. Perhaps you did not enjoy it as much as you expected.
Continue to look at various buildings. The method will take several weeks or longer, but it will pay off in the end. You may need to set aside a few afternoons/evenings every week to go house hunting with your real estate agent. You will finally find the right place to call home.
