Suzanne Warren – Uzo Aduba
It's time to catch up with the inmates of Litchfield Penitentiary. One of the prominent characters since the beginning is Suzanne Warren, initially referred to as Crazy Eyes. This compassionate and often misunderstood inmate is portrayed by Uzo Aduba, an American actress.
Throughout her tenure on the show, Uzo Aduba received numerous accolades, including two Emmys. Interestingly, she chose to wear her hair in Bantu knots for her audition, which, combined with her outstanding performance, grabbed the attention of the showrunners. In reality, Uzo possesses a much more glamorous persona than Suzanne.
