18. PVC Bag Dispenser
The most economical and efficient way to reuse the grocery bags as a trash bag. However, it's quite messy to put them in a corner, and you certainly don't want that. Now here is a quick hack: put up a two-foot PVC hose to the wall and throw your extra bags into it. It could also be a great thing when you put them together, easy to take, and enough to provide when you need it.
