33. Be careful of crazy neighbors
A house can be perfect, and you wouldn't expect the neighbors next to go crazy. Sometimes, it isn't easy to distinguish the types of people living next to them. However, try to be mindful of people walking down the street or what you see on the lawn ahead of people.
A neighbor can also step out to say "hello" if you visit or see a house alone. This could indicate whether they are polite or too nosy. Try to use your intuition with this and check out as many surroundings as possible.
