26. Fence for Privacy
Often keep an eye out for a privacy fence while walking around the backyard. You may think that if there is not a barrier, you will get around to putting one up yourself eventually. On the other hand, most first-time homebuyers are unaware that a privacy fence will cost several thousand dollars.
You may not be capable of enjoying your backyard if you do not have a privacy fence. If the dog of your neighbor barks at you every time you go outside, or if you have your barbecue and can feel your neighbor's eyes staring at you over your shoulder, it feels strange. Make sure there is a fence if privacy is important to you.
