33. Pursue the Gold
There is ground without a middle for gold and white: it can be flashy or understated. (Well, maybe a tad, but that's beside the point.) Mixing white and gold, or even a pale pink, instead of a loud splash of color, creates a unique look. It may elevate any space to a higher level of sophistication. If gold isn't your thing, try silver or another metal.
