This doggy department seems more wholesome than intimidating, given that the uniform looks like someone's grandma embroidered it. We certainly wouldn't want to be on the wrong side of certain pups.
So, what happens if the dog department or the police apprehends you? If you're lucky, they'll just suspend your rights to a W.A.L.K. However, if you've done something wrong, you may have to spend some time in the pound.
