A Free Photo
One can only assume that the wearer of this shirt is offering to take pictures with passersby. We hope this isn't like those in major tourist areas (think Times Square) who run scams.
You know, the ones who dress up in cool costumes and then offer to take a photo with you. The catch is that they only tell you after the fact that the picture costs money. We like to think that's not what's happening here and that this is a free photo.
