We can only assume that this shirt was supposed to say "fond of walks." Someone found either that or the t-shirt while they were on a walk.
Given the smaller text at the bottom of the shirt, we believe that the first option is what the designers intended here. Although, two things can be true at once. After all, if you're fond of walks, then it's likely that you'll find yourself taking one.
