This is a common mistake, but no matter how often we see it, it's still unbelievably awkward. It's like those custom-made cakes that say "Mark with a C" on them. Or those electronic birthday cards proudly display "Happy Birthday to insert name here."
Someone didn't realize that the words "floral decoration" were supposed to be replaced with something (anything) else, and the embarrassment is so bad that we're feeling it second-hand.
