Painted Ceilings in Greek Design

10. Ceiling paint

While Greek design usually does not comprise many strange or bright paint colors, it often calls for ceiling painting. Wooden beamed ceilings are vital in Greek decoration; however, painting the ceiling with natural, beautiful shade takes precedence when these are not feasible.

Light green, sage leaves, and faded lemon yellows are all attractive choices, as are washed out sea-foams and blues. If there are beams or another unique structural factor, painting them in contrasting blue and white will give the room a fancy color scheme. Nevertheless, most any color that lightly expresses the beauty of the ocean is suitable.
