29. Honor score
In Lynchburg, Virginia, Point of Honor is a historic home, most notable for its close connections to the Founding Fathers. It was initially owned by Dr. George Cabell, a friend of Thomas Jefferson and the doctor of Patrick Henry, the famous orator of "Give me free or let me die!"
The name of the house, Point of Honor, refers to the many sword fights at home. The place was changed hands countless times due to death, financial loss, and regular sales before finally being transferred to the City of Lynchburg by the will of James R. William, Jr. in 1968.
