18. Keep your sneakers clean
Before disposing of worn-out sneakers, consider washing them instead. You will perhaps need a few different items, depending on what the shoes are made of. The magic eraser works very well on a rubber sole. You can remove clothes detergent and use a brush (such as a toothbrush) to clean and dry the shoe's canvas parts. You can find leather wipes at your local Walmart or order Leather Rescue from Amazon for leather.
