19. Children's wall art
Parents love to cherish their child's artwork, but it's an entirely different story if they start using crayons on the wall. You will be able to take a magic eraser and erase almost anything your child has pasted on the wall. Just be aware that if you rub too hard, you may accidentally peel off some of the paint on the wall. If your child uses something long-term, like a Sharpie, you may eventually have to repaint the room.
