23. Create a Playhouse for your kids
As an adult, not everyone has memories in kindergarten. But for those who did, they often have fond memories of playing in space with their toys, siblings, and friends. For an outdoor playhouse, the only concern is that it is often not enclosed or controlled by temperature. It can also attract termites, wasps, bees, and any other creature that can crawl in and nest there. Plus, some individuals do not have a backyard large enough to build a playhouse for their children to play in. That is why it could be a great idea to create one in your basement.
Your children will love having a temperature-controlled atmosphere so that they can play at any time of year in their home. You are much more likely to feel safer watching your children play by themselves, knowing they are inside.
