24. Your Own Man Cave
Marriage has much to do with compromise. One partner often likes the home to look tidy and well-designed, which means there's no memorabilia room for them. That's why many men choose to opt for a so-called "man cave." A basement is typically a space of at least 1,500 square feet where a man can turn it into an adult playroom.
There'll be a sofa, a smart TV, video games, and sports memorabilia in most men's caves. Depending on what you want inside, the price of a man's cave will change dramatically. It could cost a couple of hundred dollars, or more than a thousand.
