5. A Music Room Soundproof

If anyone is musically inclined in your household, they will choose to learn their instrument or sing in their free time. Often, listening to their music can be significant. On other occasions, watching your kids play the same few notes over and over again with occasional squeaking could get distracting. This is why a basement might be a perfect spot for you to have a venue for music. Much of the time, basements are practically soundproof, and in the rest of the building, you can not hear the noise.

You might add some soundproofing panels to the walls, as well as a throw rug on the floor if your purpose was to make it as soundproof as possible. Cover a padded wardrobe and wire the tape recorder, or even create a recording studio in their basement. This can be very valuable for anyone serious about becoming a professional musician.
